I played a lead role in the rebrand of The Office Group’s consumer-facing company, Fora, developing a broad range of brand, content, and sales enablement assets. My work included writing the new brand strapline, creating the brand playbook, and applying the new tone of voice across sales brochures, proposals, workspace messaging, customer experience email campaigns, and branded video content. These materials helped drive brand engagement, support business development activity, and deliver a consistent customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
